How does The Synergy Method work?

"Synergy" comes from Greek roots meaning "working together”. A synergy is where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It describes how combining two things, creates a greater impact than they could achieve individually.

At Synergy Health Coaching, we believe that by taking a holistic approach, aligning these interconnected pillars of Nutrition, Lifestyle & Positive Behaviour and collaborating as a team, we can achieve far greater results together than individually.

Optimal health starts with fuelling your body the right way.  Understanding your nutritional needs, and how to nourish and support your health through healthy food choices, will help to create healthy habits and a solid foundation for your wellbeing. With the right guidance, you will develop a nutritional plan that fits your unique needs and supports your health. This includes:
