  • 1 x 90-minute Initial Health Profile and comprehensive Lifestyle & Wellness assessment to discuss medical health history, health concerns and lifestyle factors such as diet analysis, physical activity, sleep, stress patterns, etc.
  • 10 x one-hour follow-up sessions where you will receive:
  • Personalised guidance & Flexible approach
  • Education and Awareness
  • Nutritional guidance and support, based on your goals, health and lifestyle.
  • Lifestyle optimisation strategies. 
  • Accountability to help you stay on track with your health goals.
  • Progress Review Sessions to evaluate and acknowledge progress, as well as reset goals and priorities.
  • Email support between sessions.
  • Comprehensive and supportive online resources and worksheets are included throughout the entire programme. A Self-Care Workbook Journal is also included.
  • Your 75-minute final session: Final Health & Progress Review and Future Planning. You will receive “The Optimal Health Maintenance Plan”, your clear path to move forward.
