Our 1-2-1 Health Coaching programmes are flexible as each client’s needs are unique. What works for one doesn’t work for all. Your programme will be tailored to your particular needs, using evidence-based tools and resources. You will receive personalised guidance, support, accountability and motivation, and gain a toolbox of physical, mental and emotional strategies that will help you reach your health goals. Consultations are online, from the convenience of your home or office.

All Synergy programmes have these priorities in mind; to empower you to optimise your overall health & well-being, to help you heal and thrive with your condition, and to give you the tools to manage, reduce & even prevent many lifestyle-related health conditions. 

Understanding the connection between chronic stress and your overall health, addressing the root causes, and learning to manage it in a healthy way, is key to restoring balance and well-being.

Understanding your nutritional needs, and how to nourish and support your health through healthy food choices, is a solid foundation for your overall health and well-being.
